Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming phone calls and provide administrative and clerical work.
– Assist in managing the documentation and filing, including quotation, follow up orders, adata entry, import / export declaration, warehouse management, etc
– Outdoor work is required (e.g : Bank)
Job Requirements:
– DSE / F.5 / or above plus 1 years relevant working experience
– Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
– Able to communicate with customers on phone / by email independently
– Good PC skills (MS Office Word, Excel)
– Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills, independent, responsible, self-motivated & hard-working.
Location : Kwai Chung area
